Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C

Our two-day Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C training is designed for anyone who wants to be fully prepared to respond to emergencies at work, at home, or in the community. This comprehensive program covers lifesaving skills, including CPR for adults, children, and infants, airway and breathing emergencies, wound care, fractures, shock, and head/spinal injuries. Participants also learn how to manage emergency scenes confidently and effectively. With a three-year certification upon completion, this course is essential for health care assistants, community support workers, childcare staff, security professionals, lifeguards, and anyone working in construction, hospitality, or education. Emergency Child Care First Aid with CPR/AED Level B

Mandt Training

The Mandt System is an evidence-based program that equips professionals with tools to prevent and safely respond to behavioural challenges in care settings. Over two days, participants learn how to use respectful communication, build healthy workplace relationships, apply de-escalation strategies, and respond safely when behavioural incidents occur. This training is highly valued by employers in community support, mental health, addictions, education, and healthcare, making it an essential skill set for professionals in these fields.

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI)

As one of the most recognized crisis prevention programs worldwide, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) provides proven strategies to defuse challenging situations while maintaining safety for everyone involved. In this two-day program, participants learn to recognize early signs of crisis, use verbal and non-verbal techniques to de-escalate, and apply safe physical interventions if necessary. Serving It Right

Serving It Right is a legal requirement for anyone working in licensed establishments in BC. With most learners completing the training in just 3–4 hours, Serving It Right is a quick and affordable way to meet employer requirements and gain confidence in responsible service practices.

Responsible Adult

For those interested in working in childcare settings, the Responsible Adult course provides the required training to qualify for positions in licensed facilities across BC. Participants explore child growth and development, guidance and safety strategies, health and nutrition needs, and inclusive practices to support diverse childcare environments. This training is ideal for individuals seeking employment in daycare, preschool, and after-school care programs, or those looking for casual/on-call childcare opportunities. Naloxone Training

With the opioid crisis continuing to affect communities across BC, Naloxone Training is a vital skill for healthcare workers, community support staff, volunteers, and the general public. In this 1–2 hour session, participants learn to recognize the signs of an overdose, administer Naloxone safely, and provide follow-up emergency care. This low-cost training saves lives and demonstrates your commitment to safety and community well-being—skills that employers and organizations highly value.

Duration: 1-2 hours

Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)

WHMIS training is mandatory for employees who handle or may be exposed to hazardous materials. In this 3–6 hour course, you’ll learn how to identify hazard symbols, interpret product labels, use Safety Data Sheets, and apply safe handling, storage, and disposal procedures in the workplace. Fully aligned with WorkSafeBC standards, this training ensures compliance and enhances workplace safety across industries, including construction, healthcare, manufacturing, warehousing, and hospitality.
