The Duolingo English Test (DET) is a one-hour, computer adaptive assessment that evaluates your reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities. It can be taken online from any location at any time. It is widely recognized by universities, and the exam uses both AI technology and human monitoring to maintain test security.
The Duolingo English Test Preparation Course is structured to help learners develop the language skills and test strategies required to achieve a satisfactory score on the exam. This course breaks down the test format, scoring system, and question types while providing focused practice in speaking, reading and listening. The target is to improve students’ vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and comprehension while also helping them feel confident and familiar with the test format and timing.

Change, Refund, and Return Policy:
- Learners may request one-time course rescheduling or transfer to another available intake. The request must be made at least three (3) business days prior to course start date. Transfers are subject to seat availability.
- Full refunds will be provided if the request to cancel has been received more than a week (7 days) before the course start date or Western Workforce Skills Training Centre cancels or reschedules the course.
