Overview
The Skills for Success course support individuals in building the core abilities needed to excel in today’s workplace and everyday environments. Based on Canada’s national Skills for Success framework, the program emphasizes strengthening key areas such as communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, adaptability, digital literacy, and professionalism. Through practical exercises and real‑life scenarios, participants gain the confidence to meet workplace expectations, collaborate effectively with others, and adapt to evolving job requirements.
This course is well suited for job seekers, newcomers, career changers, and anyone aiming to strengthen their employability. It equips learners with versatile skills that apply across various sectors and positions. - Learners may request one-time course rescheduling or transfer to another available session. The request must be made at least three (3) business days prior to course start date. Transfers are subject to seat availability.

- Full refunds will be provided if the request to cancel has been received more than a week (7 days) before the course start date or Western Workforce Skills Training Centre cancels or reschedules the course.
