Change, Refund, and Return Policy 

Purpose
  • This policy outlines the conditions under which students/learners may request changes, refunds, or returns for training programs offered by WWSTC. The policy ensures fairness, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Scope of Change, Refund, and Return Policy
  • This policy applies to the following:
    • Individual Student/Learner
    • Employer-sponsored participants
    • In-person, online, or hybrid training
Course Changes and Transfers
  • Learners may request one-time course rescheduling or transfer to another available session.
  • Request must be made at least 3 business days prior to course start date
  • Transfers are subject to seat availability
  • Name substitution (employer-sponsored training) may be permitted prior to course start
  • Additional changes will be subject to administrative fees
Refund Policy
  • Full Refund
    • The request received 7 or more calendar days before the course start date
    • WWSTC cancels or reschedules a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
  • Partial Refund
    • The request received 3-6 calendar days before the course start date
    • Administrative material or registration fees may be deducted
  • No Refund
    • The student is late.
    • The student informs WWSTC about being late or cancellation on the training day itself
    • The request is made less than 3 business days before the course start date
    • The student/learner fails to attend or withdraws after the course started
    • The student/learner is removed due to misconduct or non-compliance
    • Certification, exam, or third-party fees have already been incurred
Funded Training
  • For sponsor-funded programs
    • Refunds and changes are subject to funder rules and eligibility requirements
    • Attendance and completion may be mandatory
    • Non-attendance may result in reporting to the funding body

Returns of Materials

  • Physical training materials must be unused and returned in original condition 7 days of course cancellation
  • Digital materials and online access are non-returnable once issued
  • Certification or examination fees are not refundable
Exceptional Circumstances
  • WWSTC may consider exceptions for the following:
    • Medical emergencies (documentation will be required)
    • Compassionate and extenuating circumstances
    • Employer-initiated cancellation
  • Approval is at the discretion of WWSTC
Request Process
  • All changes, refund, or return request must do the following:
    • Submitted in writing (email or form)
    • Include student/learner legal name, course title, and start date
    • Submitted within the timelines mentioned below
  • Approved refunds are processed with 10-14 business days
Policy Acceptance
  • Registration and participation in WWSTC training constitute acceptance of this policy
